Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies, processes, and tools to ensure the smooth and efficient deployment of systems.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of intricately interconnected microservices on cloud platforms.
- Lead the development of CI/CD pipelines to achieve seamless and efficient software delivery.
- Create automation tools and scripts to boost efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Architect solutions for both On-premise and Cloud environments.
- Conduct research and development initiatives to discover innovative approaches.
- Develop comprehensive procedures and documentation for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Continuously enhance self-service tools and processes, reducing cycle times for developers and automating repetitive and inefficient operations.
- Oversee databases, caching servers, message queues, centralized logging, and other critical components.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
- Exceptional English communication skills are crucial, ensuring the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Possesses strong investigative skills and demonstrates patience in problem-solving scenarios.
- Proficient in Linux/Unix operating systems with a solid understanding of fundamental OS concepts.
- Experience in Ci/CD principles and adept at effectively utilizing essential tools like Jenkins, and Circle Ci, and also with vendors like GitHub and Bitbucket.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Azure, Gcloud, AWS, etc.
- Competence in at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, Go, JAVA, C/C++).
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Maintain a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in Terraform.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch and CloudTrail, as well as other widely-used tools in the realm of sysadmins and DevOps, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and New Relic.
- While a BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Work Locations: Sagufta, Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Employment: Full-time
Work status: Hybrid, with possibilities of weekly 1 to 2 days of remote work.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: 60K-120K (Based on experience and expertise)
Weekly 2 holidays: Saturday and Sunday
Working hours: 11 am - 7 pm (BDT)
