Engineer (DevOps) who is passionate about advancing their career. We pride

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our talented
team. We are specifically looking for a candidate with a strong willingness to
learn new technologies and an ability to communicate effectively in English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create automation tools and scripts to boost
efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance self-service processes, reducing
development cycle times.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for
system troubleshooting, maintenance, and configurations.
- Monitor system performance, manage regular data
backups, and ensure reliable backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Conduct regular security audits, implement and review
secure configurations, and respond to threats.
- Manage user accounts and permissions on cloud
platforms, and oversee critical components like databases, caching servers, and
message queues.
- Regularly update firmware and software with necessary
patches, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for
efficient and reliable code deployments.
- Provision and manage infrastructure across on-premises,
cloud, and hybrid environments on AWS, GCP, and Azure using Infrastructure as
Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field
with a BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields.
- Exceptional English communication skills to
articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate seamlessly with
cross-functional teams.
- Strong investigative skills and patience in
problem-solving scenarios, with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Proficient in Linux/Unix operating systems with
a solid understanding of fundamental OS concepts.
- Working experience in CI/CD principles and tools
like Jenkins, Circle CI, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cloud technologies
such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Gcloud, AWS, etc., with working
experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or such.
- Competence in at least one programming language
(Ruby, Python, Go, JAVA, C/C++) and working knowledge of SQL and relational
database management systems (RDBMS).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as
CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch,
Logstash, Kibana), and New Relic.

Work Locations: Kalshi, Mirpur, Dhaka,
Bangladesh
Employment: Full-time
Work status: Hybrid, with possibilities of weekly 1 day of
remote work.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: 25K-35K (Based on experience and expertise)
Weekly
2 holidays: Saturdays & Sundays.
Working
hours: 11 am- 7 pm (BDT).
