Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and customizing Odoo modules, with a strong focus on CRM and accounting modules.
- In-depth knowledge of the OWL framework and Odoo frontend development.
- Proven experience in customizing Odoo addons to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions within the Odoo framework.
- Hands-on experience in deploying Odoo applications, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.
- Proficient in managing Odoo background jobs and implementing email automation tools within the Odoo environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand business requirements, providing technical solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed modules and customizations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Extensive experience with Django framework, including Django REST framework and Odoo.
- Experience in working with different versions of Odoo.
- Excellent understanding of the Odoo framework and its architecture.
- Knowledge of best practices in software development and design patterns.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
- Quick learner with an open-minded and adaptive approach to new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Having fluency in English communication is a MUST.

Employment: Full-time
Work status: Hybrid, with possibilities of weekly 1 to 2 days of remote work.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: 70K-120K (Based on experience and expertise)
Weekly 2 holidays: Saturday and Sunday
Working hours: 11 am - 7 pm (BDT)
