We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager. As a creative powerhouse, you will not only craft visually compelling designs but also curate an engaging social media presence to elevate our brand. Your keen eye for design principles, including scale, color theories, alignment, and typography, will be instrumental in shaping our brand identity across various platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing and designing diverse materials for clients, spanning logos, flyers, social media posts and banners, presentations, brochures, and more.
  • Orchestrating our social media strategy and content calendar to ensure a harmonious blend of captivating visuals and resonant messaging.
  • Exercising your meticulous attention to detail in editing and selecting corporate photography, adhering to our brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
  • Collaborating closely with team members to foster a culture of creativity and innovation, generating user-generated content and fostering community engagement.
  • Crafting compelling social media narratives in English that captivate our audience and drive brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Leveraging your expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to breathe life into your designs, adhering to design principles with precision.
  • Contributing your video editing skills (if any), enriching our multimedia content offerings, and enhancing user engagement.
  • Exemplifying excellence in customer service, delivering impeccable work to our international clientele within specified timelines and budgets.


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva, with a portfolio showcasing mastery of design principles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience producing similar content and handling graphic design assignments for international clients.
  • A deep-seated passion for design, with an unwavering commitment to scale, color theories, alignment, typography, and other fundamental principles.
  • Proven expertise in managing corporate social media accounts and developing content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a flair for storytelling and narrative development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, fostering positive relationships and productive teamwork.
  • Experience with corporate photography and/or photography skills will give you an advantage over other candidates.
  • Proficiency in video editing software is a plus, but not required.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving acumen.

Work Locations: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Employment: Full-time

Work status: Hybrid, with possibilities of weekly 1 to 2 days remote work. 

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: 30K-40K

Weekly 2 holidays: Saturdays & Sundays.

Working hours: 11 am- 7 pm (BDT).

What happens if you decide to apply?

After screening applications are received, we will invite shortlisted candidates to a 30-60 minute on-site or online interview. We will be curious about who you are as a person, and ask you to perform a few brief design tasks based on prompts similar to our typical projects. Then, there will be a mini project to finish at home and submit, which we will review during the second interview.

If we feel ready to welcome you to Strativ, an offer stating the salary and benefits will be discussed with you, and send you an offer upon agreement by both parties. Reference and background checks may be done during this stage to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
